Ever wonder what Cocoa Puffs would taste like if they were caramel? That was the idea behind Caramel Puffs in 1959. Not enough people wondered the same thing, however, so this cereal was only on shelves for about a year. Perhaps it had something to do with the creepy clown on the cereal box…
